We welcome you to our B & B Kokodor the heart of De Haan.

A highly strategic base for a varied stay.

For the sports enthusiasts among you there are beautiful walking and biking trails. For shoppers and culture lovers can take the tram, which is just a 2 minute walk away, to Nieuwpoort and Ostend.

But you can also simply stay in De Haan and enjoy our beautiful style buildings Belle Époque, our endless beach and lots of drinks and fun restaurants.

Our Rooms

At Kokodor we have 7 rooms.

Some rooms are only accessible with stairs
Six of them look out onto our terrace, the other is on the street side.
All rooms are equipped with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, TV and free WIFI.

We do not have separate beds, if you would like an extra duvet, you can obtain this for €25 per stay.

We do not accept bank cards.

We ask our guests to leave the terrace at 10 pm and not to use the kitchen anymore to guarantee everyone’s peace.

Breakfast from 8.00AM to 9.00 AM or 9.00 AM to 10.00AM

The rooms are smoke-free!

No pets allowed.
Children from 12 years old.
No extra beds can be put in the rooms.

Parking is free in De Haan.

Cancellation

You can cancel for free up to 1 week before arrival.
The first night will be charged up to 48 hours before arrival.
The full amount will be charged later or at a no-show.
