Unless otherwise specified special conditions, the following clauses apply strictly to all:
1. Reservations
Reservations must be requested in writing or via the website and are only binding after explicit, written confirmation by the Kokodor Hotel. In addition, every reservation is invoiced at the prices and conditions that are in force on the date of confirmation of the reservation concerned. All prices are shown including VAT and other taxes and are payable in EURO.
By confirming the reservation, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of Kokodor.
All changes or additions to this contract must only be made in writing and must be accepted by both parties. Oral agreements will be considered invalid and non-existent. For each change of reservation, 10 EUR per room will be charged.
Pets are not allowed with permission when booking.
2. Cancellations
Up to 7 days before the first scheduled arrival date, all or part of the reservation can be canceled without cancellation costs. Less than 7 days before the first scheduled arrival date, a fixed cancellation fee will be due that is equal to 100% of the price of the canceled number of participants or services.
3. Payment and Invoicing
All reservations are paid on the spot with cash.
In the event of non-payment of the invoices on the due date, the buyer owes a lump-sum payment of 12% of the unpaid amounts, with a minimum of 50 euros. The collection costs are borne by the customer.
4. Check-in / Check-out rooms
Check-in will be possible between 14:00 and 18:00 on the arrival date. If the customer arrives before this time, Kokodor will try to the best of its ability and without obligation to make the room available earlier, without it being able to do so.
At a later arrival, if not mentioned in the reservation and confirmed by hotel Kokodor, will

The official check-out time is until 11:00. In the case of late check-out and / or for extensions up to 6 p.m., an additional cost will be due equal to the half-day rate for the room concerned. In addition, the possibility of extension will always depend on the possible availability of the room and this can in no way be guaranteed.
5. Liability
To provide the client with the participants that they are required to behave properly, in accordance with the house rules of the hotel.
The customer is forbidden to use the spaces provided for meetings related to extreme ideologies and / or tendencies, and or which could have a direct or indirect negative impact on normal hotel events, or the tranquility of other hotel guests. could disrupt. The customer will in any case be obliged to compensate Kokodor for damage or nuisance caused by the customer. The customer will also be obliged to indemnify Kokodor against any claim (in terms of principal, interest and costs) which Kokodor would be formulated by one of the other guests / clients, as a result of damage / hindrance that they would experience as a result of the event and / or or the attitude / behavior or negligence of the Customer or his participants.
In any case, the Hotel can never be held liable in any way in the event of theft or damage to goods / objects / etc. that are stored in the hotel by the Customer or his participants.
6. Force majeure
Neither of the parties will be liable for any delay or failure to perform the obligations of this contract, if this delay or failure has been caused by force majeure.
